The Christian Cross Yearbook 2011, a 76-page magazine published in Warwickshire, UK, carried a full page article about the new film An African Answer with photos from the film and the cover of the DVD. It stated that FLTfilms 'makes documentary films on reconciliation and peace', and continues: 'FLTfilms is an autonomously administered division of the UK charity Initiatives of Change. It has established itself as a world-class documentary film unit over the past 45 years. Dr Alan Channer joined FLT in 1994, after five years as a research scientist working in developing countries, and is co-director of the company. The other co-director is Dr Imad Karam, a  Palestinian journalist and academic, who joined in April 2004.'
