Steven Greisdorf

Has served in the government, non-profit, and education sectors, as well as with Initiatives of Change

Steven’s professional life has included service in the government, non-profit, and education sectors. He began his career at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, DC where he worked in their Bureau of Computer Services, Office of Budget and Planning, and IMF Institute. From there, Steven worked as a consultant to government agencies and non-profits, primarily in the areas of technology and finance. From 2002-2005, Steven worked for Initiatives of Change (USA), supporting US operations and the outreach to the business community. He was on the organizing team for the Caux Conference for Business and Industry from 2002-2004 and participated in the Junior Round Table. In 2006, Steven moved into education, starting off in the classroom and then moving into school administration. He is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, Massachusetts, USA. He is also an adjunct professor in the Gerrish School of Business at Endicott College, also in Beverly.

Steven attended Duke University where he obtained Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics. He received his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) at George Washington University. He completed his doctoral studies at Johns Hopkins University, receiving his Doctor of Education degree.

When Steven isn’t working, he enjoys participating in CrossFit, reading, traveling, and collecting baseball cards.

Steven and his wife, Karen, live in Danvers, Massachusetts, USA. They have grown daughters, Sarah and Katherine.

Since 2022, Steven has been Secretary to the International Council of Initiatives of Change International.
