Story of a dog, his master (a boy), his master's family and a man who comes from outer space.
The boy runs away from his family and goes to London with Ringo his dog. He meets a man who comes from outer space, and helps him in his journey to resist the 'King of Rats', who changes people into animals as soon as they say "I couldn't care less."
