After more than 20 years serving at the employment agency, then working for a few years at the airport and employing staff for the wider aviation branch he changed direction and started with his wife their own social company: One World Kinder. Being experienced in HR, his main responsibilities are the recruitment, assessment and employment of their pedagogical staff. Meanwhile they are nearly 50. Like in a big family care, gratefulness and when needed correction is asked for. Together with Martina he is engaged at the local catholic parish, though he belongs to the Protestant tradition.
