Pickle Hill

A filmed play - the story of Frank Buchman's first experiences in a Pennsylvania college.

Students were going to strike. Buchman's work there brought some dramatic changes in some key people. The college even started to win its football games! In particular he helped a man called Bill Pickle to improve his life and relationships, and stop drinking. The film ends with a series of people on stage (including Charles Danguy) paying tribute to old Frank Buchman and his work, Frank sitting in a chair (it's acted as in the play, but many of the speeches relate to real events from the history of MRA).
