Kiran Gandhi

Kiran Gandhi served as a member of the International Council of Initiatives of Change (IofC) from 2013 to 2018 and as a member of the Asia Pacific Coordination Group of IofC from 2011 to 2015. Currently he is a member of the Board of Trustees of IofC India. He previously worked as the head of Management Training of Tata Motors in Jamshedpur and as HR Head of three leading Indian multinational companies, including Thermax, in a corporate career spanning 31 years. He regularly facilitates and leads programmes on ethical leadership for industry mangers, educators and government officers at Asia Plateau, the training and conference centre of IofC in India.
