Ethical Leadership Training Program for youth, based in Uruguay, from 2003-2017
The Gente que Avanza Training Centre is was a place of training in Latin America for young people, between 18 to 30 years old, who fee the call to serve and be protagonists in their different social environments. It remains open from 2003 until 2017.
What we offered?
A training program for leaders with a duration of 10 months, divided into four stages, two in Montevideo and two in others Latin American countries. This gives the opportunity to know the history of this continent, the people who live here and their values, and learn to work together with different groups being transmitters of positive change.
Within the training also will be included topics such as:
- Personal development
- Current wold and Latin American situation
- Leadership tools
- Arts
- Education in values
- participation in organazing international seminars
- Interaction with leaders from different countries
