Sonia Borghi. Born in the city of Villa María, province of Córdoba. Argentina. Teacher.
She worked in business administration in her city before becoming a teacher.
She spent almost 14 years in the Latin American Cast Viva la Gente/Gente que Avanza -as fulltime- where she widely developed her organisational leadership capacity being part of the advance teams in some countries and many cities that would be visited by the Cast. Coaching and training young people in ethical leadership, for teamwork based on the 4 basic principles of IofC.
Since 2000 she has been living in her hometown. She is married and has 1 child. In 2020 she started to participate in the organizing team of the "YoEscucho/EuEscuto" in Latin America and in the actions carried out in the continent as a response to her call to support the training of youth and to bring new life to people through different proposals for action.
Since 2021 he has been doing voluntary work with the platform ...For A New World, proofreading texts in Spanish.
"It's a difficult task to read with attention only to spelling and writing ... the content of the text is thought-provoking. The work is double because I have to remember to look at the spelling and the writing. These are not texts to be read quickly, each word moves intimate fibres and more than once I had the need to share with my work team the reflections that the texts provoked in me".
