Focus on responsibilities towards the Communist World
Focused on MRA's responsibilities to the communist world and encouraged a sensitive but whole-hearted response to openings being given. Also emphasized MRA's "enabling role" and need to cooperate and explore with others (e.g. the Taizé community itself) what the Spirit of God is seeking to bring about in the world. Issue of universality of message discussed and importance of World Bulletin underlined.
