Vitalie discovered IofC/MRA at the beginning of the millennium through its Foundations for Freedom programme. For a few years he stayed involved with Foundations for Freedom assisting the trainers of F4F courses. Vitalie is a PHP developer. He and his wife live in Iasi, Romania. Some couple of hundreds of lines of code he wrote help running the websites of IofC as well as this very platform.
